• What types of Payment do you accept? 
    - We accept all major forms of credit card for payment.
    - All orders must be paid in full before item is made.

  • I need a floppy hat shipped to me sooner than the 1-2 turn-around timeframe, what are my options?
    Please contact us ahead of time to discuss what items we have available for Ready To Ship (RTS). If you would like something customized, a rush order fee would need to be added to your order. Contact us prior to placing order.

  • What type of Shipping do you provide
    - All items are shipped through USPS/UPS with tracking information so that you can follow your package throughout delivery. Once the shipment has been picked up, LuluLuxe is no longer responsible and can not offer refunds/replacements on items that have been lost or damaged. If you would like to add insurance to your shipping package, please contact me prior to placing order.
    - We are currently only shipping within the U.S. at this time.

  • What is your Return Policy:
    All sales are final, no refunds are returns. 
    If for any reason the item is the wrong size, color, etc we will gladly accept an exchange within 15 days of delivered item. Item must be in its original condition. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted. 
    Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible regarding your possible return.
    - Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.
